Pocket Coffee Mocha

Recipe for a quick chocolate/espresso drink.

Pocket Coffee doesn’t get the credit it deserves as personkind’s greatest achievement: One-third of a liquid expresso shot inside dark chocolate candy? Come on. While Pocket Coffee can be eaten as candy it’s also the basis of an easy, tasty Mocha.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Pocket Coffee chocolates
  • 5 ounces of whole milk

PREPARATION

  1. Put the pocket coffee and milk in a cup.
  2. Microwave for about 45 seconds.
  3. Stir.
  4. Microwave for 45 seconds more.
  5. Stir well and serve.

Tip: The more thoroughly you stir in step 5, the better the chocolate will melt.
