Pocket Coffee Mocha
Recipe for a quick chocolate/espresso drink.
Pocket Coffee doesn’t get the credit it deserves as personkind’s greatest achievement: One-third of a liquid expresso shot inside dark chocolate candy? Come on. While Pocket Coffee can be eaten as candy it’s also the basis of an easy, tasty Mocha.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Pocket Coffee chocolates
- 5 ounces of whole milk
PREPARATION
- Put the pocket coffee and milk in a cup.
- Microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Stir.
- Microwave for 45 seconds more.
- Stir well and serve.
Tip: The more thoroughly you stir in step 5, the better the chocolate will melt.
