A great way to start the S’more season (long before you fire up the grill for the year) is to make them in the microwave. And if you already have some Reese’s Eggs and Peeps lying around for Easter you don’t need to buy anything, since everybody’s got McVittie’s. Don’t they? (Graham crackers work fine too.) The beauty of these is that you can’t eat more than one, since they’re so filling.
The tombstones are talking to you through a diverse system of symbols, some thousands of years old. Deciphering these can often tell you a surprising amount of information about those buried beneath them. People may assume symbols have sinister intentions based on their meanings today, but many signified more wholesome things back when they were carved into the stone.

Drinkable yogurt is wonderfully soothing on the stomach and adds probiotics to your diet that promote whole-body health. If you’ve tried yogurt before and were put off by the tartness, this recipe is mild enough to drink unflavored and absolutely decadent when you add a little honey (which adds even more probiotics.)

How many times have you gone to the spice cabinet to find that excellent curry powder you paid so much for is now so old you can’t even smell it anymore? Or you’ve gone to the fridge and herbs you bought yesterday are dried and shriveled? For me the answer to these questions was: too often.
